Let’s calm things down.


Let’s do a little exercise. It’s simple. I’d like you to find a quiet place to sit and relax. Somewhere you can sit without worrying about interruption.

You may want to use a headset, as this heightens the relaxing effect of the sound file above.

Using the sound file, you’re going to relax and find yourself a little more calm. When we feel more relaxed physically, we often find we feel more relaxed emotionally.

From this place of calm you’re able to think more clearly, make better choices, and feel much more comfortable.
